What we collect

• Free plan form: your name, email, mobile number, and whether you ticked the box to get routines and offers.
• Ebook purchase: your email and the payment details Razorpay shares with us (payment ID, amount, status, and the email or phone you gave Razorpay). We never see your card, UPI or bank details. Razorpay handles those under its own privacy policy.
• Emails you send us: whatever you write to us.

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this website.

Why we use it

• To send you the free plan or the ebook you bought, and emails about your order.
• Only if you ticked the box: to send you new routines and offers on WhatsApp and email.
• To answer your questions and fix problems with your order.
• To keep records we must keep by law, such as payment records.

Who handles it for us

Your details are stored in Google Sheets (Google) and processed by our own automation server. Payments go through Razorpay. Emails are sent with Gmail. The page fonts load from Google Fonts. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Payment records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your choices and rights

• Stop marketing messages any time: reply STOP on WhatsApp, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or write to us.
• Ask to see, correct or delete your details by emailing gyaansharma22@gmail.com.
• Withdraw your consent at any time. It does not affect what we did before you withdrew it.

Children

This website and our plans are for adults. If you are under 18, please do not send us your details.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
