Refund and cancellation policy

This website and the bina.gym.lean ebooks are run by Anirudh Lohiya ("we", "us"). Contact: gyaansharma22@gmail.com.

The 30-Day Home Fat-Loss Plan is a digital product that you can download right after paying. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once the ebook has been delivered.

When we will fix it or refund

• The file does not open or the link does not work: we send you a working file.
• You paid twice for the same order: we refund the extra payment.
• You paid but never got the ebook, and we cannot deliver it: we refund your payment.

How to ask

Email gyaansharma22@gmail.com with the email you used to buy and your Razorpay payment ID (it is in the receipt email from Razorpay).

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show it.
